The Portal is used by members to submit MI for accreditation on a quarterly basis.
Access to the Portal is managed by permission roles and each user will be assigned a defined role for access by STAR and the member’s Relationship Manager.
If you have been given permissions, you can access the Portal using the button below and login using your corporate Office 365 login details.
If you have not been provided access and need to submit MI, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
